Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Truly Simple Concentrated Garlic Purée
- 1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
- 50g sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 jar of Sun-dried Tomato & Sweet Chilli Cooking Sauce
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 375g dried spaghetti pasta
- shaved parmesan, to serve
Cooking Instructions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add Garlic Puree and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until onion has softened. Add sun-dried tomatoes. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant
- Pour in Sun-dried tomato & Sweet Chilli Cooking Sauce, and heat on low heat for 5 -10 minutes
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in a saucepan, following packet directions, until tender. Drain. Add pasta to sauce. Toss to combine. Serve with parmesan.
