A Truly Simple Thai Prawn Curry

Serves 4 | Prep time: 15-20 mins | Cook time: 15 mins

Ingredients

1 jar Truly Simple Coconut Curry & Spinach Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Purée
2 drop of Red Chilli Pepper Purée
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 onion, finely chopped
250g of King Prawns

Cooking Instructions

Marinade the prawns in the garlic and red chilli purée for 10 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a wok or pan, add the onions and cook until they are softened. Pour in the coconut curry & spinach cooking sauce and add your marinated prawns leave to simmer for 10-15mins stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
