When using our Salt-Free Gourmet Seasonings, there are various ways to enjoy their intense flavours, we suggest that you can:

  1. Use as a dry rub Sprinkle the rub unto your meat of choice applying it as evenly as possible. Rub the seasoning into the meat
  2. Create a marinade or wet rub mix it will oil, vinegar, yoghurt or other liquids to help penetrate and keep moisture in your meat
  3. Add it directly into your cooking

When using it as a rub, we recommend that you then wrap your meat and leave it for 1-2 hours. For best results, leave it over night.
