When using our Salt-Free Gourmet Seasonings, there are various ways to enjoy their intense flavours, we suggest that you can:

1. Use as a dry rub – Sprinkle the rub unto your meat of choice applying it as evenly as possible. Rub the seasoning into the meat
2. Create a marinade or wet rub – mix it will oil, vinegar, yoghurt or other liquids to help penetrate and keep moisture in your meat
3. Add it directly into your cooking

When using it as a rub, we recommend that you then wrap your meat and leave it for 1-2 hours. For best results, leave it over night.
